Accelerating the digital transformation of Philippine homeowners' associations.

Our mission is to help accelerate the digital transformation of the more than 35,000 registered homeowners' associations (HOAs) in the Philippines by providing an accessible and comprehensive management platform. We aspire to work alongside the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and other stakeholders in promoting efficient, transparent, and accountable HOA operations.

Through HOA-APP.VIP, we aim to bring essential HOA services and operations into a single mobile and web platform, enabling communities to manage billing, collections, permits, communications, facility reservations, and other administrative functions more effectively.

Our Story

The founder of I-MAP WEBSOLUTIONS, INC., brings strong firsthand experience in community management, having served in a homeowners' association in Paranaque City with approximately 350 households.

During this time, he observed the everyday challenges faced by HOA officers and residents alike—ranging from inefficient manual processes to communication breakdowns that often led to misunderstandings, complaints, and declining trust within the community. Operations were heavily dependent on paper-based systems, spreadsheets, and informal coordination, which made transparency and accountability difficult to maintain.

These experiences highlighted a clear gap in systemization and process efficiency within many HOAs. The lack of centralized tools often resulted in delays, errors, and recurring disputes between homeowners and administrators.

With a background in technology and software development, the founder was inspired to build a solution that could first address the needs of his own community. This initiative eventually evolved into a broader vision: to create a scalable SaaS platform that can serve not only one HOA, but thousands of homeowners' associations across the Philippines.
